1. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team via [insert contact/email] with your order number and item code. We take full responsibility and will arrange for a carrier to collect the item from you.
2. Return Eligibility
You may return your purchase under the following conditions:
• Return Period: Items must be returned within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
• Non-Returnable Items (For Hygiene Reasons):
• Accessories (e.g., caps, earrings)
• Innerwear / undergarments
• Exclusions: Returns are not accepted for SALE & DISCOUNTED items or lucky bag purchases.
• Item Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition, including:
• Original packaging and tags
• Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
• Any seals (if applicable) must remain intact
• Return Rejection: We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions. If a return fails to meet the criteria, an additional processing fee of RM10 will be charged.
3. Return Processing & Refunds
• Processing Time: Return parcels may take up to 3 working days to be processed.
• Refund Method: All refunds will be issued in credit terms (store credit). No cash refunds are available.
4. Return Process

• Customers are responsible for tracking their return while it is in transit.
6. Color Variations
Product colors may vary due to studio lighting. Please allow up to 20% color variation between the product images and the actual item, which may appear slightly darker or lighter. Exchanges due to color differences will be subject to a processing fee.
