If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our team via our contact/email with your order number and item code. We will take full responsibility and arrange for a carrier to collect the item from you.
Can I return my purchase?
Yes, returns are accepted under the following conditions:
• Items must be returned within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
• The following items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons:
-Accessories (cap,earrings)
-Innerwear / Under Garments
• Returns are not accepted for SALE & DISCOUNTED items, as well as lucky bag purchases.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, including:
-Original packaging and tags
-Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
-Seals (if any) must remain intact
-We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria. Return without meeting the criteria will be charged for another RM10
Please note that return parcels may take up to 3 working days to be processed.
All refunds are in Credit Term. NO Cash Refund(s) allowed.

The color look different from the website.
Color of products may varies due to studio lighting used and please allow 20% of color variation in real product as compared to actual products. It may appear darker or lighter. Exchanges due to this reason will be charged a processing fee.
